Ronald Liu

Ronald Liu is a Boston-based hospitality entrepreneur, founder, and community advocate whose journey in food began after leaving a corporate career to pursue a small on-campus café concept. What started as a single operation grew into the opening of a dozen restaurant locations and the development of multiple teams across Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville. Through Love Art Sushi and consulting/mentorship platform Blackfin Collective, he has focused on creating welcoming spaces, building community through food, and supporting the growth of Boston’s AAPI restaurant community. His work blends hospitality, mentorship, and neighborhood connection, with a people-first approach centered on collaboration, culture, and authentic guest experiences.
