Jimmy Liang

Chef Jimmy Liang is a restaurateur, entrepreneur, and community leader and Founder/CEO/Chairman of JP Fuji Group, a leading hospitality group in Greater Boston. Since opening his first restaurant in 1998 at age 19, he has built a diverse and successful portfolio of innovative dining concepts spanning Pan-Asian cuisine, American steakhouse dining, cafés, and French patisserie. A graduate of North Quincy High School, Liang is known for his creativity, entrepreneurial vision, and ability to develop high-performing restaurant brands. He has been recognized by SmartCEO’s “Boston’s Future 50” and The Patriot Ledger’s “40 Stars Under 40,” and has played an active role in civic engagement and community development. Beyond business, he serves on multiple boards and supports nonprofit initiatives focused on workforce development, education, and immigrant empowerment across Massachusetts.
