Ieasha James

Ieasha James is the President, CEO, and Creative Director of Endless Flair Events, a Boston-based design firm known for creating intentional, story-driven event environments. Specializing in corporate and high-end social events, she partners with clients to design experiences that influence emotion, behavior, and brand perception. Her work has supported organizations such as Harvard University, the NAACP, the City of Boston, and the U.S. Embassy, delivering impactful environments for conferences, galas, and large-scale public events. Recognized as a Boston Celtics “Heroes Among Us” honoree and a 2025 EXTRAordinary Woman by Mayor Michelle Wu, Ieasha is also a passionate mentor and advocate for neurodiversity, using her platform to uplift emerging creatives and future leaders.
