Nicola A. Williams is President of The Williams Agency and creator of Boston JerkFest, one of New England’s premier Caribbean food and cultural festivals and a major contributor to Boston’s tourism and hospitality economy. Over the past 25 years, she has produced award-winning cultural experiences that attract thousands of visitors annually, support local hotels, restaurants, and small businesses, and showcase Boston and Cambridge as vibrant multicultural destinations.
An immigrant with deep roots in the Caribbean community, Williams is recognized as a leader in cultural tourism and hospitality through festivals rooted in food, music, and culture. She is founder of Spicetoberfest, co-founder of the Boston Food Festival, and President and co-founder of Cambridge Carnival International. Through partnerships with tourism agencies, municipalities, and hospitality partners, she continues elevating Greater Boston’s profile while creating economic opportunities for chefs, creatives, and entrepreneurs and positioning the region as a hub for diverse cultural tourism and community-centered hospitality experiences.
