Sharam Kahn

Shahram is a highly accomplished hospitality executive with more than twenty five years of progressive leadership experience in the industry. He currently serves as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Boston Downtown, a premier full-service hotel featuring 502 guest rooms, over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, and the 120-seat Avenue One restaurant. Over the course of his career, Shahram has demonstrated consistent operational excellence and strategic leadership across several major U.S. markets, including Atlanta, New York, Washington, DC, San Antonio, and Boston.

He has earned multiple professional accolades recognizing his leadership, financial performance, and team development. Beyond his operational success, Shahram is deeply committed to community engagement, serving on the boards of Meet Boston and the Downtown Boston Alliance. He is also a passionate supporter of impactful organizations such as Boston Children’s Hospital, March of Dimes, and Shatterproof, reflecting his dedication to social responsibility and community well-being.
