Victoria Vieira

Victoria Vieira is Director of Digital Media at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, where she leads strategy and operations for interior and exterior digital displays across the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the Hynes Convention Center, and the MassMutual Center. Since stepping into the role in 2017, she has overseen a prominent portfolio including the 80-foot Marquee, the 12-by-160-foot Video Wall, the 24-foot MMC Marquee, and a 62-screen digital signage network. Victoria also led the successful upgrade of the Marquee and Video Wall from 1080p to 4K, expanding the organization’s digital capabilities. She began her career with the MCCA in 2004 as a Senior Support Technician and later served as Digital Media Specialist and Manager of Mobile and Web Technologies. With more than two decades of IT and hospitality experience, she brings deep technical knowledge, innovation, and leadership to large-scale audience engagement.
